After watching Bell Brothers work in my office building I had them replace an "octopus" furnace with a modern, efficient forced air unit and included air conditioning, air cleaning, and humidifying. They removed the old unit very neatly and installed the new unit equally cleanly. They are all I've used for routine maintenance for over 20 years. They always satisfy. No reason to change away from excellent work.

Bell Brothers installed a new water heater, high efficiency furnace, premium filter system and humidifier, and removed the old equipment and revised the duct work. From the initial sales call to the final inspection, the entire process was a very positive experience. We have just had our Carrier units serviced. Since we have been with Bell Brothers, we have had absolutely excellent service. Steve is the only service person we have. He is always very pleasant, neat appearance, does an excellent job of service, and never leaves a mess behind for us to clean up. Gives us tips that we can do to help keep our units in the best of condition. VERY much appreciate his conscientious work!

Bell Brothers have serviced my entire family for so many years that I don't remember when we started with them. My parents always had them and they moved to Des Moines in 1951. I don't remember when they started with them but I always remember seeing the truck at the house at various times and when my sister and I each bought houses we naturally went with Bell Brothers. I have used them in my house for over 30 years now and have purchased several new furnaces and air-conditioners from Bell Brothers.

Living in a house that is nearing 100 years old, comfort from a heating and air conditioning system was always a challenge. Not anymore. Since the professional installation of my geothermal system in 2009 by Bell Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning, the comfort in the house is remarkable. Set the temperature and forget it. Always moving air at that temperature. The bonus is the cost savings. The all electric rate has lowered my total electrical bill 18% and I have no propane expense. My savings are thousands of dollars per year.

I had a service person, I believe his name was Josh, out to check my furnace on Wednesday. He had to replace the igniter (which I already had!), and he did so without complaint, also checked everything else, and answered all of my questions about how a furnace works, etc. He was very helpful, and I was very pleased that he only charged me the service fee, since I had the part that needed replaced. I have told everyone I know to always call Bell Brothers for their needs from now on! I was so pleased with your company and service person. Shortly after Bell Brother's fall maintenance visit, our furnace went out - and on one of the coldest nights of December. A service tech came out immediately to fix our furnace, and followed up with the necessary part as soon as it was available. Since it was unclear what caused the issue but happened right after the maintenance call, Bell Brothers split the cost with us, which we felt was fair. We are pleased with the company's accountability and response to our needs.
