A little bit of recognition

Customer service is our No. 1 priority — and has been for 60 years — at Bell Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning. Our entire staff works hard every day to ensure we are delivering the best products, service and support to our customers.

The highest honor a business can receive is a satisfied customer, and Bell Brothers is proud to have earned a 97 percent customer satisfaction rating through independent customer surveys. It’s also nice to be recognized by your peers and industry for all of our hard work.

Bell Brother recently received the President’s Award from Carrier — the leading manufacturer of heating and air conditioning solutions — that honors Carrier dealers that have continually focused on customer satisfaction. Winners provide superior customer service and exceptional customer value while successfully representing the Carrier brand in their communities.

It’s easy to say customer service is your No. 1 priority, but it’s much harder to do. Our team always goes above and beyond to provide the best service to our customers. Receiving the Carrier President’s Award is a wonderful achievement for our company and lets us know our hard work and dedication is not going unnoticed.

I am proud of this achievement, but more proud of the entire Bell Brothers staff who are committed every day to make this company better and ensuring our customer needs are met. It’s not one person, but everyone from our dispatchers to our service technicians and our sales team to our installation specialists who had a role in this award.
